• Grew up at St. Clair Country Club in Belleville, IL; home of fellow pro’s Bob Goalby, Jay / Jerry Haas and Frank Connor

• Won first tournament at age 11.

• 3 time All-Conference and 2 time All-Area standout at Belleville East HS.

• Played collegiate golf at Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana.

• Touring Professional since 1988 .

• Career includes competition on the PGA, Nationwide and NGA Tours.

• Last PGA Tour event was the Kemper Open / Last Nationwide Tour event was the Wichita Open.

• He has competed against the best players in the world including major championship winners: David Duval, Sergio Garcia, John Daly, Curtis Strange, Tom Kite, Lee Janzen, Brad Faxon, Hal Sutton, Michael Campbell, Ben Curtis, Jim Furyk and David Toms. 

• Five Pro victories with the most recent being the 1998 Energizer Pro-Am.

• Has received instruction from some of the best golf teachers in the country including: Dr. Jim Suttie, Mike McGetrick, Tim Mahoney, Scott Watkins, Mike Adams and Chuck Evans.
